- Describe the last time something valuable got lost in your system — what was it, and what did it cost you?
- What systems have you built and abandoned? Best guess at why.
- What should a working system make possible that isn't possible now?
- What must the system never do?
- Anything sensitive in your material I should know how to treat?
- Timeline and budget comfort: Diagnostic $0 founding rate / $200 standard → optional buildout $1,500 founding rate / $3,500 standard. Workable?
